Ridi Hydropower Development Company Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-05-05 at 11:50 AM that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2073-05-03 has decided to propose 6.3157% stock dividend (including tax) to its shareholders which subcject to the approval of its upcoming AGM.
