Jyoti Bikas Bank Ltd. has informed NEPSE on 2073-05-05 that the BOD meeting of the company held on 2073-04-24 has decided to appoint Mr. Dhruba Koirala as the chairman and Mr. Ram kumar Shrestha, Mr. Harichandra Khadka, Mr. Hari prasad Acharya, Mr. Narayan Prasad Poudyal, Mr. pankaj Neupane and Mr. Jagadishwar prasad Adhikari as the directors of the company after the merger between Jyoti Biaks Bank Ltd. and Jhimruk Bikas Bank Ltd. until the first AGM.
